Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from or using the services of Harkin Media. By purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Harkin Media is a digital marketing business operated by Jodie Harkin, based in Donegal, Ireland.

2. Products and Services

Harkin Media provides: online courses and digital programmes (including the Harkin Media Academy), 1:1 coaching and strategy sessions, social media management and digital marketing services, in-person and virtual training events, and digital downloads and resources. These terms apply to all purchases made through harkinmedia.com.

3. Purchasing

Orders: A contract is formed when we confirm your order and provide access to the purchased product or service.

Pricing: All prices are in Euro (€) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment: Processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.

Payment Plans: Where payment plans are offered, you agree to make all scheduled payments. Failure to pay may result in access being suspended until outstanding payments are cleared.

4. Digital Products and Online Courses

Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access via your Harkin Media Academy account on Kajabi.

Lifetime Access: Where stated, this means access for as long as Harkin Media operates the course on Kajabi. Reasonable notice will be given if a course is to be retired.

Personal Use Only: All course content is for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

Intellectual Property: All course content — including text, video, audio, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Harkin Media and protected by copyright.

5. 1:1 Coaching and Strategy Sessions

Booking: Sessions are booked via Calendly. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation by You: Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice without rescheduling will forfeit that session.

Cancellation by Us: We will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

6. Refund Policy

Digital Products and Online Courses: Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by law.

14-Day Cooling Off Period (EU Consumer Rights): As an EU/EEA consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and accessing course content, you acknowledge that you are waiving this right as digital content has been made available immediately. If you have purchased but have NOT accessed any content, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting [email protected].

Services: Cancellation terms for ongoing services are set out in your individual service agreement.

7. Our Responsibilities

We will provide the product or service as described, maintain platform security to the best of our ability, and respond to support queries within 3 business days. We do not guarantee specific financial results or business outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, business type, and market conditions.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and not share them, use our products only for lawful purposes, and treat our team and other students with respect.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harkin Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
